The objective of this course to pay attention to the most important dimension of innovation and research i.e. training of innovation and research it will enable the researchers and innovators to develop the most appropriate method for their innovation and research studies the mission of the course is to impart research skill to the beginner’s and help improve the quality of innovation research and practical knowledge by the existing researchers.
India’s first and only one organization that’s provides an Innovation and research related training program for the students and faculty for the development of country and proper utilization of knowledge as per future growth in the own field.
My mission to promote the innovation and research work and also encourage the innovators and researchers.
First time in India development of complete innovation and research training.
I found that as per the global innovation index Switzerland is ranked 1, Sweden 2, Singapore 3, Hong Kong 4, and India 62. There is a relationship between the innovation index and competitiveness. While India is 62 in the index, Our ranking is global competitiveness index was 56 in 2010-11. If India has to graduate from 56 and become equal to the developed nations (within the top 10) it is essential that we build indigenous design capability. The present growth has been achieved by the use of technologies essentially developed elsewhere based on scientific discoveries and patents generated ten to fifteen years earlier.
The latest technologies resulting from scientific advances are not available from developed countries to India at least for a decade hence, Innovation and research is vital, particularly in basic science, to take up India’s global competitiveness to the desired level. I give below the result of one endeavor where India developed the required technology.
In today’s world of competition, theoretical knowledge is not enough to excel in life. IRDP are especially beneficial for students and faculty who have the highest requirement of industrial and practical exposure.

There are so many engineering colleges in India but our education system is inefficient so that we are laking in Research field. Engineering student have no practical knowledge in their field so the quality of Research and Innovation work are not good. The Creamy layer of engineer from IIT & NIT generally moves outside the india so that they do not contribute their knowledge & talent to the nation. Technical education system must be changed as to meets the R&D. In india only 6% research paper publish in international journals so we can improve this all attributes by research & innovation work in academic period. There is a general need for more studies that combine several techniques, exploiting, the best of each and using these practically.
